GEN stands for Growth, Education and Networking. We know that these are three necessary areas that all business professionals must focus on in order to take their business to the next level and make it as profitable as possible.
Through cutting edge technology, the GEN Community allows it members the ability to be in front of its sales team on a daily basis. Each team member can communicate with their team members in several different ways. This communication occurs through updating their daily status, starting discussions within their team or occupation, posting blogs and attending weekly meetings. The weekly meetings are important because it provides the team members the ability to communicate and network face to face utilizing our round table approach, as well as the ability to continue the discussion on-line.
GEN Community is “The Next GENeration of Networking”. Through the website and education, provided at the weekly meetings, each GEN team can customize their meetings to meet the needs of their team members. Each GEN Community team is connected through the internet’s spiderweb and work together as a community to benefit each and every team and their members.
GEN Community provides the platform for strong groups of small business leaders who are looking to expand their network and assist fellow team members in grow their business, as well as growing individually as a business professional, through the education that is provided.
Each GEN Community team consists of one person per occupation. This is so there is no
competition within the sales teams. The business professionals in each team have the ability to have private discussions with other members of the community in their same occupation, through groups that are created, with their individual team members or across the community with other teams.
GEN Community provides its members with an on-line referral system. This system allows the
members to send, receive and track all referrals. A data base of all referrals is kept for each team member and each member can keep notes on each referral as well as track the amount of completed business. The referral system also tracks how much completed business each member has obtained through GEN Community, as well as how much completed business they have provided other members of GEN Community.
